Time for my once a month update (if at all). Fall is in full effect, which means I am as happy as a snail, or is it a clam?

Right on the cusp of this great season, Kristen landed an awesome job working with furniture designers. We will now have weekends to spend doing fall-esque things like pumpkin picking and drinking hot apple cider. Great ready for it. The next post will be super cheesy.


As for me? Same old, same old. I did however take an interest in running. I am in no way a good runner, actually I am a terrible runner, but there is something about fighting through it and feeling really good at the end. I refuse to run with anyone, so don't ask me. I will save you the embarrassment.

SATURDAYS FALL 2013 LOOK BOOK

I was first introduced to Saturday's when I was freelancing with a media company that kept a tight relationship ship with the owners. Being apart of many art shows in their space in SoHo, I had he chance to check out their retail shop and drink their delicious coffee. Since then, they have expanded into an international company and even launched their own magazine.

GOOD RIDDANCE SUMMER

Every year around this time I thank god that summer is coming to a close. For some reason I always have this expectation that every summer is going to be better then the last. That is never the case. I just find myself not wanting to do a damn thing but sit in my air conditioned apartment and watch movies. Super "Introvert" I know, but its the truth.

However, I did have some good moments this summer. Going to Mexico was awesome, it was my first time out of the country since 2002.

I'd like to say farewell to summer and welcome fall!

REALLY NOTHING SPECIAL

This week, on a whim, I decided to take a half of a day at the office and spent the rest of the day Kristen at Home Depot. I tell you, we had some big plans but we couldn't fit everything in our backpacks because we rode our bikes.

The only thing we could fit, were tiny plants. So I guess we bought tiny plants.

This week was all work, and next week will be the same. Except this time, I wont be starting my work week on a Sunday.

BRADLEY MOUNTAIN - TRAVEL MUG

I think its safe to say that I love everything and anything for Bradley Mountain. I mean what guy wouldn't? Hand crafted leather/canvas products, its like the ultimate 'guy' feel.

My sister got me 2 travel mugs (pictured above) for my birthday. So far I have gotten so many compliments on it at the office. Not only is it aesthetically pleasing, its actually cost effective and eco-friendly! I went to my local morning coffee place and they charged me $.75 less then the normal iced coffee price because I had my own cup!

Mexico!

Ok, ok. Bad blogger of the year award goes to me. I know its been a while, but we are in the middle of summer! Who blogs in the summer?

Anyway! Kristen and I went to Mexico to celebrate my 25th birthday and her 26th! The trip was amazing! We drank, ate, drank, ate and drank the entire time! Well, we did go wandering around in the middle of all that eating and drinking. Here are some photos!
