Well, I survived the Holidays!
Its been a while since my last post, but honestly I haven't done much. I haven't looked at art or cruised the interwebs for anything interesting. HOWEVER, it is a new year, which means new posts!
1. What did you do in 2012 that you'd never done before?
I went to the Opera for the first time. I saw The Barber of Seville
2. Did you keep your New Year's resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
I did, sort of. I wanted to educated myself on different types of coffee's. Different blends, roasts, locations. I think I was pretty successful with it. For 2013-I am going to focus on my career path. I am going to do everything I can to get to the place I want to be in my career.
3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
A friend of the families and my girlfriends cousin.
4. Did anyone close to you die?
Yes. The woman who helped mold me into the man I am today. Mima.
5. What countries did you visit?
ZERO. I did go to Potsdam NY. It did feel like another country up there (maybe because it was close to another country)
6. What would you like to have in 2013 that you lacked in 2012?
The focus and drive to get to the place I want to be in my career.
7. What date from 2012 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
Most likely the entire month of July. Usually a joyous month for me, but this year it was a terrible month,
8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
I started working for a brand that I have admired for years.
9. What was your biggest failure?
Having to wait tables for the entire summer. That pretty much SUCKED
10. Did you suffer illness or injury?
I busted by ass on my bike this summer. No injuries though.
11. What was the best thing you bought?
A new IPhone. Lord knows I needed a new one.
12. Whose behavior merited celebration?
I am not really sure how to answer this.
13. Whose behavior made you appalled and depressed?
The criminals behind all of the mass shootings.
14. Where did most of your money go?
Clothes, Alcohol, and going out to dinner
15. What did you get really, really, really excited about?
Starting a new job.
16. What song will always remind you of 2012?
Anything off of Drakes album "Take Care". I don't know how many times I listened to it.

Travel, work out, and read

Eat anything in front of me.
20. How did I spend Christmas?
Eating tons.

Stayed in love.

None.
24. What was your favorite TV program?
Revenge and yes, I will admit it...Pretty Little Liars...LOOK AWAY
25. Do you hate anyone now that you didn't hate this time last year?
No. I try not to have hatred towards anyone. Now being annoyed by someone. Thats a different story.
26. What was the best book you read?
I wish I read more in 2012.
27. What was your greatest musical discovery?
Calvin Harris, Kendrick Lamar and The Weeknd
28. What did you want and get?
I wanrted to get out of my old job, and I did, in the ugliest way possible.
30. What was your favorite film of this year?
Probably, Moonrise Kingdom. But if I want to be a non film educated critic, I would say The Hunger Games.
31. What did you do on your birthday, and how old were you?
I ate my weight in Colombian food, then drank my weight in alcohol. 24 was nothing special
32. What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying?
I think just growing up. Taking responsibility for things that 'real' adults do
33. How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2012?
Classic textures with dark colors..
34. What kept you sane?
Kristen for the most part.
35. Which celebrity/public figure did you fancy the most?
President Obama
36. What political issue stirred you the most?
Mitt Romenys plans to cut Arts Education and everything else that he stood for.

My Mima.
38. Who was the best new person you met?
I don't think I've met anyone new.
